A cultural organisation may propose activities by submitting its proposal electronically through the dedicated Cultural Prescribing Proposal Submission Form. The proposal must concern activities included in the Art Activities Registry, be implemented on the organisation’s premises, and describe in detail the content of the activity, the meeting schedule, the staff involved, and the projected budget. The organisation must also have the necessary basic infrastructure, collaborate with Mental Health Professionals, be able to draw participants from Mental Health structures, and comply with all programme requirements. Following evaluation and approval, the activity is officially included in the programme.
Within the framework of Cultural Prescribing, activities have been implemented across all major art forms, designed either as experiential workshops or as attendance at artistic events. Indicatively, these include: theatre workshops, visual arts workshops, dance and movement expression workshops, creative writing workshops, music workshops, attendance at music concerts, and film screenings.

Organisations take on an active role in promoting mental health by offering services with a real social impact.
They reach new population groups, often vulnerable ones, who might not otherwise easily visit a cultural venue, thereby strengthening social participation and outward engagement.
Through collaboration with mental health professionals, organisations gain expertise in delivering supportive, experiential arts-based activities and expand their educational repertoire.
The programme creates new job opportunities for artists, educators, and mental health professionals, strengthening the organisations’ human resources.
Participation in the programme includes them in the Registry of Cultural Organisations and connects them to a broad health–culture network at national level.
The participation of organisations in the Pilot Actions constitutes a funded sub-project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), enabling the development of social intervention services through art.
